1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using QuasarChess (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
3. Payments & Subscriptions
Paid tiers (Silver, Gold) are billed once at purchase via our payment processor. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise indicated. Taxes may apply.
4. Refunds
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not used premium features. Refund requests after this window are reviewed case-by-case.
5. Raffle Program
The first 2,000 paid users are automatically entered into the $1,000 prize raffle. Gold tier members receive two entries. The draw is held publicly; winners are notified by email. Void where prohibited.
6. Intellectual Property
All game assets, rules, mechanics (including the Sorcerer piece, portal mechanic, and dice system), and branding are the property of QuasarChess and its licensors.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, harass other players, or attempt to reverse engineer the Service.
8. Affiliate Program
Affiliates may promote QuasarChess under separate written agreement. Misleading claims or spam tactics will result in immediate termination.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuasarChess shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
